Order Processing
All orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Temperature-Controlled Packaging
Every order ships in insulated packaging with cold packs to maintain peptide stability during transit. Our packaging is designed to keep contents within the recommended temperature range for up to 48 hours, ensuring product integrity from our facility to your practice.
Tracking Information
Real-time tracking is provided for every shipment. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility. You can also check your order status at any time by contacting support@velorapeptides.com.

Orders over $200 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States. This applies automatically at checkout — no promo code required.
Return Policy
- Unopened, undamaged products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Products must be in their original sealed packaging with tamper-evident seals intact.
- Temperature-sensitive items that have been opened or show signs of improper storage cannot be accepted for return.
- To initiate a return, contact support@velorapeptides.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned product.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a Velora Peptides error.
