CJC-1295 No DAC
CJC-1295 (without DAC) is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), consisting of 29 amino acids. Also known as Modified GRF 1-29, it has been studied for its ability to stimulate growth hormone secretion through the GHRH receptor.
Mechanism of Action
CJC-1295 mimics the action of endogenous GHRH by binding to the GHRH receptor on pituitary somatotroph cells. The modified structure provides enhanced stability compared to native GHRH while maintaining receptor specificity.
Research Background
Research on CJC-1295 and modified GRF analogs has explored the pharmacokinetics of sustained growth hormone release and the potential for more physiological GH secretion patterns.
